I acknowledged the project, attached in the explanation, as the solution that does not necessary require many changes, per se. So i focused purely on the design of the interior, rather then on functional aspect of it.
The materials (light wood, exposed brick, raw concrete) and furniture pieces are imagined in such a way, so your new office space would be light, modern and cozy with industrial feel to it.
The space is made more pleasant for long work hours by implementing natural greenery (different house plants).
