We are a financial services firm in New York City - we are decreasing our office space and want a face lift! The office is divided into 4 Spaces. Really like the techie meets rustic lodge/farm look. Founder would like a black ceiling. Keep in mind - noise reduction is key for all areas.

AREA 1:

Space A) Coffee/Kitchenette/Casual Meeting/Laptop Flex Space.
- Room for Coffeemaker, Eating supplies, Microwave, Sink, Water fountain/drinking water filter.
- Would like this space to also be used as meeting space.

Space B) Support/Sales (4-5 work spaces) that is loud everyone talks on phone but works together as well.

AREA 2:
-Custom Ladder Rack is required in design to prevent messy cords on floor. These are the desks makes and model:
