Description

This design proposal sought to meet the client's expectations to provide functional and lively spaces.
There are two access, one for the public and one for employees that has a ramp for ease of access of the disabled. The ground floor contains storage rooms and lobbies which have access to a central staircase and two elevators of which one of them has been limited to access to the third and the fourth floor. There is a small reception for the public and a security room which controls the cameras of the building.
The first floor contains a caféteria and a restaurant, meeting rooms in which the clients meet the experts, a pantry, and toilets. The lobby is integrated with a green wall and greenery to give the workspace a nature-oriented feel. The void isn’t accessible through the first floor for functionality reasons and it only connects the second and the third floor which makes sense since these floors contain the main body of the company. Moreover, the integration with greenery and the natural light creates a unique workplace that provides tranquility and a sense of beauty to the place.
The fourth floor provides accommodation for guests and it contains four 80 square meters apartments with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a bathroom. The floor has limited access through one of the elevators.
