Description

The project maintains a planimetric scheme similar to the original one provided by the client, only "pulling" the corners of the main facade, creating a decorative design that does not modify the volumes too much.
Large terraces and windows, profiled by panels with the colors of the company logo, give character to the facade and stand out against the gray of the general exterior finish.

The functions are separated and distributed in the required order:
• STILT FLOOR PLAN - contains a large storage area, divided into two wings and accessible to lighter means of transport (cars, vans).
• UPPER GROUND FLOOR PLAN - is the floor of the main access to the building, and includes a central reception hall, which leads from one side to a large open space office with pods for small meetings, which also contains an infirmary room, and on the other hand to a second space, containing a smaller workspace, a relaxation / informal meeting space and the cafeteria. On the back, surrounded by windows and closed on the side bordering the industrial buildings, there is an open air patio that serves both as a green space and as a source of light and natural air for the innermost areas of the building.
• FIRST FLOOR - a balcony opening onto the reception area introduces two areas dedicated to offices for the management staff, with 4 private office spaces separated by windows, a meeting area, an open space secretary area with waiting zone, two meeting rooms plus one open meeting area, and an office dedicated to the IT / management area.
• SECOND FLOOR - has a distribution scheme similar to that of the first floor, but with two secretary / waiting areas, three private offices for the high managers and an office dedicated to financial staff.
• THIRD FLOOR - hosts the attic, with three apartments / guesthouses and large terraces, plus a central lounge / loggia to receive guests.

Each of the floors reserved for work (warehouses and offices) is equipped with bathrooms with dimensions suitable for the handicapped, and the building is served by an elevator with its own steel and glass structure.

The building is characterized by an ecological choice of materials and finishes (wood, breathable resins, stoneware with natural effects), has a ventilated facade (with fiber cement panels) and large and distributed openings in order to guarantee the passage of air and natural light in all rooms. The main facade, the closed wall of the patio and some spaces on the top floor host vertical greenery.
