The project has 4 floors.
- The ground floor we consider to be recreational floor, a floor where employees can get together to build stronger relationships. Here every status of the company might play a game of ping pong, chess, billiards or simply take a cup of coffee or tea and have something to eat.
The main idea of using it for storage is erase because there is a lot of places inside a warehouse that could be used for this reason. We believe is no need to do it in the main building.
- The first floor is an area where workers have a free space to work, with several different way of working depending on the task they are doing. A kitchen like space is also integrated to create an ambience of feeling like home.
- The second floor is for the directives, they also have a space for short meeting room if they don’t want to do it inside their office.
- The roof gardens. is a place where can be used as a multipurpose area. A place where you can do a conference or a teaching room if you have and update. Is also de place for the guest house.
