Obbiettivo: Lo voglio!

Redesign of the apartment attic plan is created with a modern approach. Low ceiling areas are suggested to be used for dining and living room. The small attic room is opened to join the living area, creating a warm space for reading and chilling. The night use is placed in the center of the plan, providing not only a sleeping space but also a TV screening and chilling spot. Bathroom and kitchen placed on the entrance creating a corridor to lead the living space. Kitchen is fully equipped with mini fridge/oven/dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is redesigned in the same area using the existing infrastructure but in modern minimal style.
For the furnishing choices, two alternatives suggested; alternative A is in a minimal, warm and soft style in mellow colors, while alternative B has stronger and sharp style in darker colors.
