Design Statement:
In this project, I aimed to create a bright, inviting, and functional space that aligns with the client’s preferences while meeting the practical goals of the renovation. The design was developed to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the space, making it irresistible to potential buyers.
To evoke a sense of calm and elegance, I used a neutral and soft color palette, featuring natural wooden flooring and crisp white walls. This combination brings warmth and brightness to the space, establishing a modern yet subtle sophistication.
Inspired by home staging principles, the design incorporates thoughtful elements to maximize visual appeal. A section of the wall near the entrance was removed to increase light and visual connectivity between the entryway and the living room. The full bathroom is equipped with a stylish glass shower, a washing machine, sanitary fittings, and a vanity cabinet, with careful attention to details, including the use of a Sanitation drainage system.
In the attic, where the maximum height is approximately 160 cm, a functional storage area was designed. To minimize the visibility of the central beam and side structures, wallpaper and custom lighting solutions were integrated seamlessly. The design also includes affordable yet chic furniture that accommodates two residents comfortably, while providing space to host two additional guests.
This project reflects my commitment to delivering a design that balances beauty and practicality, aiming to create an atmosphere that captivates every visitor and ensures the property’s marketability.
