my cottage with garden and wellness area

Briefing

Dear designers, I’d like to renovate a building to create a cottage, the terrace on the first floor should be covered and enclosed in the house, the garden need to be finished and I’d like a wellness/pool area.

The cottage will be placed where now there is a small building that actually is a henhouse-you could find it in the dwg files with the name 'forno/pollaio'. The cottage should be 50/60sqm large and it should be on two floors.

I’d like the ground floor to have a dining room - where I’ll place a big table for 15 guests – and a kitchen.

In the basement I’d like to have the wellness area as it will be near the pool area.

I’d like to use the cottage all year long. There is the possibility to make an underground connection between the cottage and the main building (main house).

I will place a photovoltaic system (3kw) above the roof of the cottage with exposition towards the south.

In the west part of the ground – the part that adjoins the State Road – will be realized an underground garage (which has already been designed and approved by the city hall).

I need you to design the whole external area and garden.

There are 4 olive tree that could be moved and placed elsewhere. In general, all the plants could be changed.

The entrance walkway is to be renovated but the entrance door should be placed in the same spot. I’d prefer a minimal style.

ristrutturazione casa, con chiusura terrazza piano primo, completamento giardino, realizzazione rustico con area wellness / piscina

il rustico andra' realizzato indicativamente al posto del forno/pollaio, e sarà di 50/60 mq su due livelli, piano 0 con una sala da pranzo dove ci sarà un grosso tavolo (15pax) e una zona cucina. Piano -1, con un area wellness. Li vicino andra realizzata la piscina, quindi piscina +rustico per avere un area da utilizzare durante tutto l'anno.

Il rustico potrebbe avere la possibilità di un collegamento sotterraneo con il fabbricato esistente(fabbricato residenziale). Sopra il tetto del rustico andra posizionato un impianto fotovoltaico da 3kw(da esporre a sud). Nella parte ad ovest (dalla parte della strada statale), verra realizzato un parcheggio sotterraneo che è già stato progettato e approvato dal comune quindi non interessa questo numero.

Va compeltamente progettato tutta l'area esterna, giardino, con le nuove realizzazioni(rustico+piscina+parcheggio sotterraneo), compatibilmente con i pendii, ci sono 4 ulivi che possono essere spostati, e comunque tutte le piante possono essere variate. Va rivisto il viale di ingresso mantendendo fermo il punto di ingresso. Preferisco uno stile minimal.
