Briefing

(ITA - ENG) L'obiettivo di questo contest è trovare la migliore soluzione di arredamento per il nostro nuovo appartamento, nel quale vorrei fossero inseriti i mobili che già possediamo
(libreria/mobile TV, pianoforte a mezzacoda, cucina e letto matrimoniale) integrati con nuovi pezzi e complementi d'arredo in stile moderno, in linea con quanto già posseduto.
Obiettivi prioritari saranno:
1) definire arredamento per la cucina e la sala da pranzo; in cucina dovrà essere aggiunta un'isola con piano ad induzione, in sostituzione dell'attuale fornello a gas presente nella nostra cucina; andranno aggiunte colonne dispensa/cassetti a quelle già presenti nella nostra cucina Gatto Vision color Veleno* (cfr. foto caricate). Nella sala da pranzo, oltre al tavolo (utilizzabile fino a 12 persone) vorremmo fosse presente una TV e un mobile dispensa ampio con scaffalature atte ad accogliere piccoli elettrodomestici. Per l'illuminazione vorrei sfruttare 2 lampadari in mio possesso a forma di lampadina gigante. Il pavimento è in parquet doussié. Sotto l'area lavandino attualmente è presente una striscia di granito che vorremmo sostituire con gres porcellanato. La cappa sull'isola dovrà essere anche un punto luce. Ci piacerebbe un'isola con sgabelli.
2)definire arredamento salotto, integrando libreria/mobile TV ( 200 cm x 450 cm) e pianoforte a mezza coda nero lucido (170 cm * 150 cm). I posti a sedere dovranno essere almeno 6.
Mi piacerebbe fosse presente un divano angolare e/o un grande pouf per appoggiare le gambe. Nel salotto inseriremo un tappeto persiano che ha come colori dominanti il rosso e il blu (cfr. foto caricate)
Come complementi d'arredo vorremmo riutilizzare 2 lampade in nostro possesso: una piantana, con braccio in acciaio e 2 plafoniere semisferiche in bachelite bianca; l'altra è la Parentesi della Flos (rossa).
3) definire arredamento stanza cabina armadio. Valutare possibilita di inserire zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice e guardaroba per conservare biancheria casa,accessori (scarpe,cappelli,sciarpe e bprse) e soprabiti. All'interno dovrà essere possibile inserire abiti, borse e scarpe (molte). E' necessario definire anche la tipologia di porta da utilizzare per la stanza: al momento non è disponibile. Dovrà permettere il passaggio della luce proveniente dal balcone verso l'ingresso.
4) definire arredamento camera da letto matrimoniale, inserendo il letto king size bianco in pelle in nostro possesso (lung.215 cm * larg.195 cm inclusa struttura) e una cassapanca pouf
bianca in pelle (150 cm * 45 cm). Dovrà essere presente un grande armadio ad angolo
5) definire arredamento camerette di cui quella con accesso dalla cucina destinata ad un bimbo di circa un anno che dorme nel lettino-culla. La seconda cameretta con accesso dal salotto
attualmente sarà destinata agli ospiti
6) sarà necessario ripensare all'illuminazione dell'appartamento, con particolare attenzione a quella del salotto che al momento risulta buio. Essendo orientato ad est, la mattina è in piena luce, mentre il pomeriggio no, per cui sarà necessario prevedere corretta illuminazione anche per le giornate meno luminose.
NOTA: i disimpegni e i bagni sono già a posto, come pure il ripostiglio/lavanderia.
*NOTA2: attualmente la nostra cucina è composta da 2 blocchi da 60 cm e 3 da 90 cm + 2 colonne dispensa e 1 colonna forno
NOTA3: nelle foto allegate, caricheremo le foto della nostra vecchia casa in cui potrete visionare i mobili da ricollocare (cucina, pianoforte, letto e mobile tv/libreria). Le piantine sono invece relative al nuovo appartamento che dovrete arredare. Si segnala che il dislivello presente nel salotto attualmente verra' eliminato, quindi si considerino le dimensioni complessive dei muri.
NOTA4: il budget dovrebbe restare sotto i 20.000 eur
NOTA5: nell'arredamento sono gradite idee per la colorazione delle pareti (o carta da parati)

The goal of this contest is to find the best solution for our new apartment, considering some furniture we already own (Library/TV cabinet, half tail piano, kitchen and king size bed) integrated with new pieces and furniture in modern style, in line with what already possessed.
Priority objectives will include:
1) Define furniture for the kitchen and dining room. In the kitchen must be added an island with induction hob, replacing the current gas stove in our kitchen; some storage unit/drawers to those already present in our kitchen ( brand Gatto; model Vision; color Poison; please see uploaded pictures) . In the dining room, in addition to a table to be used up to 12 people,
we would like to have a TV and a large storage cabinet with shelves suitable to store both food or small appliance
. We would like to use 2 light bulb shaped lighting chandeliers in our possession. The floor is parquet doussié. Under the sink area currently there is a granite strip that we would like to replace with some stoneware. The island hood to include lights too. We would love an island with stools.
2) Define sitting room furniture, integrating owned library/TV cabinet (200 cm x 450 cm) and black gloss piano (170 cm * 150 cm) with new furniture considering at least 6 seat. We'd evaluate a corner sofa and/or a large pouf to support the legs. In the living room will put a Persian rug that has as its dominant colors red and blue (see uploaded pictures). As furnishing we would reuse 2 lamps in our possession: a steel arm with semispherical ceiling lights with 2 white bakelite; and a red Flos (parentesi model).
3) Define furniture for room closet next to apartment entrance. Consider placing a laundry area with a washer and dryer and a wardrobe to store house linens, accessories (shoes, hats, scarves and bprs) and overcoats.
It is also necessary to define the type of door to use for the room: it is not currently available. It will allow the passage of light coming from the balcony towards the entrance.
4) Set main bedroom by placing the white leather king size bed in our possession (length 215 cm * width 195 cm including property) and a white leather chest (150 cm * 45 cm). A great wardrobe angular, to has to be put in the room.
5) Set as kids bedroom, around 1 year old, the one with access from the kitchen while as guest bedroom the one with access from the sitting room
6) You will need to rethink the lighting of the apartment, with special attention to the living room which at the moment is dark. Being oriented to the East, the morning is in bright light, while the afternoon no, so you'll need to provide correct lighting also for days less bright.
Note: nothing has to be done on corridors and bathrooms are already in place, as well as the closet/laundry.
*Note2: currently kitchen consists of 2 blocks of 60 cm each and 3 blocks of 90 cm each plus 2 pantry columns and 1 column oven
Note3: attached images contain current apartment, to show existing furniture, plus new apartment maps. Note that the gap (step) between living room and veranda will be removed; hence, consider the whole dimension of the walls to place the furniture
Note4: the budget should remain under 20,000€
