Un saluto a tutti i professionisti che si dedicheranno al progetto. Ho appena acquistato una nuova casa a La Spezia, al secondo piano di un condominio importante, a due passi dal mare (totale piani sette). Desidero realizzare quanto segue:
1- Soggiorno da ampliare creando volume unico con cucina, eliminando una camera
2- n°1 cameretta, possibile crearla al posto dell’attuale cucina
3- bagno per ospiti + lavanderia e stireria attrezzata (lavatrice + asciugatrice)
4- cabina armadio + scarpiera , confortevole e possibilmente ampia
5- bagno padronale con accesso esclusivo da camera matrimoniale (stile SPA)
6- camera matrimoniale con riferimento al punto 5
7- gessolini e cornici di decoro soffitto/pareti secondo visione dell’architetto
8- eventuale controsoffitto con luci e decori di cui al punto 7
Sono alla ricerca di uno stile moderno ed esclusivo, dovendomi però attenere ad un budget moderato, circa 35.000 Euro. Le foto allegate al contest dovrebbero rendere bene l’idea.
Welcome to all architets who will dedicate time and passion to the contest. I just purchased a new apartment in La Spezia, on second floor of an important building into best residencial area, few steps away from waterfront and city gardens . I would like to realize the following:
1- Living room to be expanded by creating a single volume with the kitchen, cancelling a room
2- n ° 1 bedroom, to be created (for example) instead of the actual kitchen
3- confortable guest bathroom + laundry and ironing facilities (washer + dryer)
4- comfortable and wide wardrobe + shoe rack,
5- master bathroom with an exclusive access from master bedroom (SPA style)
6- master bedroom with reference to paragraph 5
7- decorative frames around ceiling / walls according to the architect’s vision and style
8- ceiling lights and decorations (point 7)
9- room’s walls to be colored accordinghly
I’m looking for a modern and exclusive style, either in renovation and in furnishing, having all those with a moderate esbursement (about 35,000 Euro). Attached photos should give a good idea. Feel free to ask me anything you need to know!
