The apartment is actually made of:
1 entrance (with a very small bathroom just near by the entrance door)
3 rooms, with a windows each - view on the main street
1 room with 1 window - view in the court yard
1 small bathroom - with 1 small window - view in the court yard
1 small kitchen - with 1 small window - view in the court yard

We would like to modify the apartment in order to have:

3 bedrooms - We are a family with two kids. Even if for a while we would need only 2 bedrooms (as the kids can share the bedroom), we would like to have the possibility in the future to have a third bedroom. Therefore, it is not necessary now but it would be good if the apartment is made in such a way that in the future - without big works - we can get the 3 rooms.
1 dining room with a kitchen area
2 bathrooms + the small one at the entrance
