Ninja splitting in Rome

Dear Client,

here is my version of ninja splitting of apartment into two.
It was a difficult splitting. Because of positions of two discharges-sewage. Also because of number and positions of windows/doors. Because of disproportion in number of wanted-rooms and no. of existing-windows.
