La zona giorno sarà suddivisa in una zona lounge e una zona pranzo e cucina. La cucina avrà una cucina con isola di cottura e panche e un tavolo da pranzo. La zona lounge avrà una parete con camino ad angolo e parete porta TV, un comodo divano e poltrone. La camera matrimoniale avrà cabina armadio e wc personale con vasca, bidet e lavabo. Una stanza sarà per i bambini con 2 letti, un tavolo da studio e un armadio. La terza stanza funzionerà come camera per gli ospiti con divano letto o come ufficio. La seconda toilette sarà condivisa con il bagno e la toilette in modo che possa essere utilizzata da più persone alla volta.
