Briefing

the goal is to have a complete project of the living area of the new house, a two-story villa of about 140sqm; the living area, object of the contest, excluding bathroom, staircase and service rooms is about 41sqm. the focus is precisely on the living area and in particular the kitchen that should be large, bright and practical. In the floor plan we have indicated the area in which the plugs for household appliances and water drainage are provided (Kitchen tag). The television and the sofa could be placed in front of the staircase. The under-stair closet will be open and destined to a bookshelf. The heart of the project must however be the kitchen, given our love for good food and good company. Our family likes to cook, invite friends and spend free time reading and chatting. It is important to highlight that the garden can be reached both from the kitchen, through the French doors, and from the living room. The cotest regards the floor 0 (kitchen + living room =41sqm), but we uploaded also floor 1 just to give a 360° idea of our house. Regards

l'obiettivo è avere un progetto completo della zona giorno della nuova casa, una villa a due piani di circa 140mq; la zona giorno, oggetto del concorso, escluso bagno, scala e locali di servizio è di circa 41mq. l'attenzione è puntata sulla zona giorno e in particolare sulla cucina che dovrebbe essere grande, luminosa e pratica. Nella pianta del piano 0 abbiamo indicato l'area in cui saranno previsti gli attacchi per gli elettrodomestici e gli scarichi dell'acqua (tag Cucina). La televisione e il divano potrebbero essere posizionati di fronte alla scala. L'area sotto le scale sarà aperta e potrebbe essere destinata ad una libreria. Il cuore del progetto deve essere la cucina, visto il nostro amore per il buon cibo e la buona compagnia. Alla nostra famiglia piace cucinare, invitare amici e passare il tempo libero a leggere e chiacchierare. È importante sottolineare che il giardino può essere raggiunto sia dalla cucina, attraverso le porte francesi e dal soggiorno. Il cotest riguarda il piano 0 (cucina + soggiorno = 41 mq), ma abbiamo caricato anche il piano 1 solo per dare un'idea a 360 ° della nostra casa. Saluti
