ITA : JFK16 é un progetto che fonda le sue radici nel rapporto con il contesto e con la luce.
La sua forma , e le sue molteplici terrazze nascono dalla volontà di occupare al massimo lo spazio del "limite di proprietà" per poter "liberare" piu' spazio qualitativo all'interno della corte.
L'ottimizzazione della forma ha permesso di creare un grande giardino privato con Piscina e spazi che vivono in simbiosi con l'appartamento al piano terra. Un unico luogo tra interno ed esterno, in continuità e armonia.

ENG : JFK16 is a project that has its roots in the relationship with context and light.
Its shape, and its multiple terraces are born from the desire to occupy the maximum space of the "limit of ownership" in order to "free" more qualitative space inside the court.
The optimization of the shape has allowed to create a large private garden with swimming pool and living spaces in symbiosis with the apartment on the ground floor. A single place between inside and outside, in continuity and harmony.
