The project maximizes the use of space by including a new mezzanine to provide more office and meeting space. Also, almost all of the new partitions are to be constructed of polycarbonate sheets to allow lots of light in and at the same time facilitate acoustic and visual privacy. And lastly, it aims at accentuating the historic value of the site by contrasting classical and modern furniture, light fixtures, and architecture.
