I found ikea could be the most budget friendly option for your office furnishings. So that, I tried to use them according to your needs.

In general spaces I used brushed steel laminated MDF boards to give some cool effects, also the bumpy alu sheets.

I suggest some decorative curtains to ease acoustics in rooms. As seen on renderings.
