In order to fit all the people in the office as you wished, I had to bring down some walls and added a few ones for the sake of the planning and also to cover some pipes which were marked on the plan. I have made the demolition map where the walls in red have to be demolished. The new plan contains construction plan and all the information for the new office. I tried to keep the budget low according to your requirements. All the rooms except 2 have the natural lightning. I used 2 tables of your own for the Manager's offices, also I have used standard table dimensions for the meeting rooms, rest of the table dimensions are created by me in accordance to the interior and if you choose this project you will need to remeasure the walls in order to match the right sizes of the furniture for the interior. I put all the dimensions for you in order to estimate aproximate value of the furniture. In order to keep it simple and cheap I didn't add much to the interior. I have used white, gray and orange colors to divide spaces and create little bit fun and energetic space.
