- In order not to increase costs, I only modified the area where the lobby/coworking and the kitchen/lounge area go, the other walls are preserved.
- At the entrance you will find a lobby with the corporate image.
- The coworking has 20 workstations which are made up of 12 desks and 2 house-shaped spaces for the teams to work there.
- To give a renewed atmosphere to the space with affordable options, I propose the use of bright colors in each of the doors of the closed offices whit signage texts. This look can be achieved with adhesive vinyl.
- In the proposal I use the currently available furniture as follows:
Team A: 100x50 plus 2
Team C - D: 120X60 plus 2
small Meeting rooms: 220 X 90 and 220 x 80
- In the kitchen you will find a mural with bright colors that will give a cozy space.
In this space I propose the use of glass divisions, however you can keep the existing external walls and it will work as well.
