Il contest richiedeva l’intervento su due ambiti, il primo individuare uno spazio da destinare a cameretta, il secondo un restyling della zona soggiorno, con nuove proposte di arredo, colori alle pareti e valorizzazione della zona ingresso.
La cameretta viene collocata a sinistra dell’ingresso, dove allo stato di fatto troviamo una appendice del soggiorno. Questa zona dotata di una piccola finestra consente di poter rendere autonomo, per areazione e illuminazione, questo nuovo ambiente, che con una superficie poco inferiore ai 9 mq si è reso completo di ogni necessario elemento di arredo. Nell’idea di una camera da letto/studio, si è previsto un letto divano imbottito, con contenitore o con possibilità di altro letto nella parte sottostante, una piccola cabina armadio posta ad angolo sul cui fianco si appoggia una scrivania corredata di quanto necessita.
Sulla parete dello scrittoio si è pensato ad una tinteggiatura dell’azienda Sikkens, serie “Colori & caratteri” codice T1.52.32 sulla tonalità del blu.
Nella la zona living è stato inserita una parete attrezzata con finitura bianca ed inserti in noce e una boiserie su tutte le pareti, alta 90 cm, colore bianco con riquadri.
Questa scelta ha consentito di uniformare l’ambiente e risolvere anche la zona di ingresso dove, in due punti contrapposti, vengono creati due elementi contenitori, parte ad ante e parte a giorno, che salendo fino al soffitto formano un portale e ne identificano l’area.
Il portale ha permesso, rispetto alla porta di ingresso, di creare quasi una nicchia, seppur aperta sul soggiorno, dove inserire la scrivania in stile mantenuta perché bene si armonizza con il contesto.
Un altro elemento alto, seppure di ridotta profondità, è stato inserito per mascherare il termoarredo.
La boiserie può essere realizzata in legno, soprattutto dove gli spessori richiedono maggiore consistenza, o in gesso.
Per quanto riguarda le altre rifiniture si propone, a pavimento un parquet nelle tonalità chiare che richiamino essenza e colori della scala esistente.
La tinteggiatura di questo ambiente sarà di base color sabbia, Colori & caratteri codice F1.08.55 dell’azienda SiKkens. Alla muro su cui poggia la parete attrezzata si è voluto dare maggiore rilevanza con l’uso di un colore forte, una tonalità del marrone serie Modern Simplicity codice ON.01.26 di Sikkens , che contribuisce a dare tono e calore a questo ambiente.

The Contest requested intervention on two areas, the first to identify a room to be allocated as a bedroom, the second to renovate the living area, with new furniture proposals, color to the walls, and valorization of the entrance area. The bedroom is located to the left of the entrance, where there is an appendix of the living room. This area with a small window allows for autonomous, ventilation and lighting, this new environment, which with a surface just under 9 square meters has been completed with all necessary furniture. In the idea of a bedroom / study, there is an upholstered sleeper sofa, with a box or with the possibility of an extra bed in the underneath, a small wardrobe placed in a corner on which we support a desk with the necessary. On the wall of the desk was a painting of the company Sikkens, series "Colori & Caratteri" code T1.52.32 on the shade of blue. In the living area there is a wall fitted with white finish and walnut inserts and a boiserie on all floors, 90 cm high, white color with squares. This choice has made it possible to standardize the environment and solve the entrance area where, two opposite points, two container elements, part of the doors and part of the day, are created which, going up to the ceiling, form a portal and identify the area . The portal has allowed to build almost a niche, though open on the living room, where to place its style in a maintained style because it is well-balanced with the context. Another high element, albeit low in depth, was inserted to mask the thermo-trim. The boiserie can be made of wood, especially where thicknesses require greater consistency, or plaster. As for the other finishes, a floor is a parquet in light shades that recalls the essence and colors of the existing staircase. The painting of this environment will be basic color sand, Colori & Caratteri code F1.08.55 of SiKkens company. The wall on which the built-in wall is resting has been given greater importance with the use of a strong coloring, a tune of the Sempens Modern Tuning Sample ON.01.26 Simplicity, which contributes to giving tone and warmth to this environment.
