ENG VERS:
I would like ideas on how to rearrange existing spaces. Considering the height (h3) I would like to create a lowering in the perimeter at the top with the insertion of lighting. Cover stone walls and insert shelves ... renew the color of the walls always having brightness in the rooms. Keep part of the furnishings maybe improve them.
In the living area the floor is a little damaged (you can see from the photos I uploaded), I would like to replace it with a porcelain stoneware but having parquet in the sleeping area I would not want to have a difference in level in the flooring between the two areas.
From the entrance as you can see in the plan that I have attached, there are 3 rooms: one north of the entrance and two on the left. The north room is currently used as a living room where we have lunch, I would like to modify it and make it more functional with the arrangement of the furnishings.
In the two rooms to the left of the entrance, in the first room there is currently a table with chairs, a pellet stove and a Lecce stone bookcase with glass shelves. I would like to reorganize it making it more welcoming and as anticipated at the beginning, insert new light points.
The aquarium divides the two rooms, in the second room I have a sofa and a TV. I wouldn't want to make too many changes but would like some more modern ideas on how to redistribute it.

Vorrei idee di come riallestire gli spazi esistenti. Considerando l'altezza (h3) mi piacerebbe creare nel perimetro in alto un abbassamento con l'inserimento di illuminazione. Rivestire delle pareti in pietra e inserirci dei ripiani... rinnovare il colore delle pareti avendo sempre luminosità negli ambienti. Conservare parte degli arredi magari migliorarli.
Nella zona giorno il pavimento è un po' lesionato (si evince dalle foto che ho caricato), vorrei sostituirlo con un gres porcellanato però avendo il parquet nella zona notte non vorrei avere un dislivello nella pavimentazione tra le due zone.
Dall'ingresso come potete vedere nella planimetria che ho allegato, ci sono 3 stanze: una a nord dell'ingresso e due a sinistra. La stanza a nord attualmente è adibita come soggiorno dove ci pranziamo, mi piacerebbe modificarlo e renderlo più funzionale con la disposizione degli arredi.
Nelle due stanze a sinistra dell'ingresso, nella prima stanza attualmente c'è un tavolo con le sedie, una stufa a pellet ed una libreria in pietra leccese con ripiani in vetro. Vorrei riorganizzarla rendendola più accogliente e come anticipato all'inizio inserire nuovi punti luce.
L'acquario fa da divisorio tra le due stanze, nella seconda stanza ho un divano e la tv. Non vorrei apportare troppo modifiche ma vorrei qualche idea più moderna su come ridistribuirla.

SPA VERS:
Me gustaría tener ideas sobre cómo reorganizar los espacios existentes. Teniendo en cuenta la altura (3 h), me gustaría crear en el perímetro en la parte superior una bajada con la inserción de iluminación. Cubrir paredes de piedra e insertar baldas ... renovar el color de las paredes teniendo siempre luminosidad en las estancias. Conservar parte de los muebles y tal vez mejorarlos.
En la zona de estar el suelo está un poco estropeado (se puede ver en las fotos que subí), me gustaría sustituirlo por un gres porcelánico, pero al tener parquet en la zona de dormitorio no me gustaría tener una diferencia de nivel en el suelo entre las dos zonas.
Desde la entrada como se puede ver en el plano que he adjuntado, hay 3 habitaciones: una al norte de la entrada y dos a la izquierda. La sala norte se utiliza actualmente como sala de estar donde almorzamos, me gustaría modificarla y hacerla más funcional con la disposición de los muebles.
En las dos salas a la izquierda de la entrada, en la primera sala actualmente hay una mesa con sillas, una estufa de leña y una librería de piedra de la región de Lecce con estantes de vidrio. Me gustaría reorganizarlo haciéndolo más acogedor y como se anticipó al principio, insertar nuevos puntos de luz.
El acuario divide las dos habitaciones, en la segunda habitación tengo un sofá y un televisor. No quisiera hacer demasiados cambios, pero me gustaría tener algunas ideas más modernas sobre cómo redistribuirlo.
