Hi, let me start by saying thanks for giving me a chance in participating in this competition. Having read your description have come up with a project hopefully its satisfactory.
Have created a well lighted and spacious common area by just demolishing the existing kitchen wall and allocating sufficient lighting.
Tried not to alter sink allocation .
Created a good spacious bedroom but a bit smaller than the other two though can accommodate a wardrobe and a study area as you can see in the 3d and plan layout.
Have included a 1.2m width small storage area for coats, bags etc. Which I think is much sufficient.
Bedroom 1and two are still intact, have done no alterations just given suggestion of a 3d.
