Hi,

The main goal is to rise left part of the building so that living area (kitchen, dining and living room) get a higher ceiling.
Right part of the building is as required with ceiling heights of 2.7 + 2.1m. Overall height of the house is same 7.5m.
Whole idea in plan works without moving a ceiling heights.
At first floor the total area is lowered by adding a balcony and same at the roof adding a roof terrace.
Only one bedroom (bedroom 1) do not have a fireplace, all other have, same as porch and terrace.
There is additional back entrance next to the stairs, that might be useful.

In Option 2. living room and porch swap places, if you find more appropriate to have porch at south-west end.
