RELAZIONE DI PROGETTO
DATI: i dati di riferimento per la stesura del progetto sono: il rispetto delle zona perimetrale 9,38 metri per 9,77 mt. e della sagoma dell'edificio esistente; 140 metri quadri lordi di superficie (escluso portico e sottotetto).
DISTRIBUZIONE. nella distribuzione planimetri l'edificio assume una conformazione ad L. la zona cucina-pranzo e il soggiorno ruotano attorno al portico che diventa una stanza all'aperto. Nell'angolo addossato all'edificio esistente, ove non è possibile aprire finestre, sono collocati i servizi; bagno e lavanderia al piano terra, bagno più ampio al primo piano.
SOGGIORNO. il soggiorno si apre sul portico attraverso un'apertura larga 2.4 mt suddivisa con un infisso di due ante scorrevoli.
SCALA. la prima rampa della scala è aperta sul soggiorno. E' una scala libreria, nella parte bassa diventa ripiano per accogliere il televisore.
CUCINA-PRANZO. la cucina è aperta sulla zona pranzo, l'isola, dove è collocato il piano cottura, divide la due zone. nella zona cucina-pranzo si aprono due finestre lato nord, e una porta finestra larga 240 cm sul portico.
SERVIZI. al piano terreno è prevista una lavanderia ed un bagno, al primo un bagno più ampio con doppio lavabo.
CAMERE DA LETTO. al piano primo si trovano le tre camere da letto, due singole e una matrimoniale.
SOTTOTETTO. al sottotetto si accede attraverso una scala arredo a piani sfalsati collocata nella camera da letto principale. la prima area ''fruibile'' del sottotetto si trasforma in un piccolo soppalco affacciato sulla camera da letto, ed accoglie una zona con divani bassi e un angolo studio.

DISTRIBUTION. distribution planimeters the building takes the shape of an L. The kitchen-dining area and the living room revolve around the porch that becomes an outdoor room. Living room. The living room opens onto the porch through an opening 2.4 m wide with a split frame with two sliding doors.

BEDROOMS. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two singles and a double.
ATTIC. the attic is accessed via a split-scale furniture placed in the master bedroom. the first area '' usable '' attic turns into a small loft overlooking the bedroom, and includes an area with low couches and a study corner.
