New House Layout

This project embodies a modern style design — elegant and functional without being over the top. The residence integrates practicality with comfort, ensuring each area serves its purpose while maintaining an open and welcoming atmosphere.

Underground Garage: Provides secure parking and efficient access to the main residence.

First Floor (150 sqm): Designed with a spacious kitchen and living room as the heart of the home. The floor also includes a storage room, a combined ironing and laundry area, a large walk-in closet, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom, and two additional bathrooms. A staircase in the living room connects to the upper floor, complemented by an open mezzanine that overlooks the living space below, creating a sense of openness and visual connection.

Second Floor (120 sqm): Optimized to host four bedrooms — one master, two doubles (with standard double beds), and one single. Two bedrooms feature French beds (small doubles). Some rooms include en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, while an additional separate bathroom ensures practicality. The mezzanine above the staircase adds lightness to the layout without compromising the functionality of the four-bedroom arrangement.

This design carefully balances the client’s requirements for space efficiency, comfort, and modern elegance.
