Description

The design solution provides to clearly divide the living area from the night area for two reasons: -
the orientation of the house according to which it is better to have
bathrooms and distribution systems in the north and the most lived area
of the house, such as living and dining room, to the east and west to
enjoy the sunniest hours during the day. - the windows, which are
absent on the east side and very small and tall on the north suggest to
use them for the bathroom and one bedroom; while the door-windows to the
south and west with direct access to the outside will be able to give
plenty of light to the living room. Two walls of the living room
are equipped with one large customized library in reinforced
plasterboard, and a fireplace that can heat all the house. The
fireplace is provided on the west wall so it can have a chimney, but you
can choose an ethanol one that does not require masonry work. The master bedroom has access to the closet with the advantage of being able to dress up without disturbing who’s sleeping. In the hallway there's a large wardrobe/closet and shoe racks. The washing machine is in the larger bathroom.
