The aim of design is transformation of the rustic of Tuscan style to new modern architecture but while still keep the reflection of historic merit of surrounded architectures by new design of facade details and using materials. The design concept involves the use of a modern interpretation based on re-roofing by metal sheets, making new columns and covering wall with new materials as stone and painting, opening new windows which inserted painted grey color metal frame and sliding panels for sleeping space on first floor and opening new sliding doors for dining and living on ground floor. New sliding doors will
connect internal opening space to external, making new vision and light for interior.

The design concept reviewing interiors by new opening space as living, dining and kitchen position to east side and north side of the house while dependance positioning to south side of the building which link to dining space making opening and continuous space for living on ground floor. For private areas on first floor, the design concept concept concentrated on creating private, comfortable and bright space but still have enough spaces as bathrooms, studying and changing cloths area.

Using materials concept based on expected neutral colors as light oak wood for living storages, kitchen cabinets, scandinavian style furniture, staircase and interiors doors. The neutral colors is charming blend with smooth concrete and exposed wall plaster and light oak wood finished materials.
