-WPC: A wood and pvc composite material that imitates natural wood but with favorable properties for a long life without the need to be cared for.
-Black Veneer: Resolves roof edges and hides storm drains, enhancing the formal beauty of your home.
-Textured plastic plaster: It is proposed to be applied on the lower part giving a new uniform and easy to apply finish.
-Similar cement slabs: For the upper part of the facade walls it is proposed to add greater thermal insulation from a substructure that supports this and the new osb emplacement, with a flexible stone finish with waterproofing capabilities superior to any other material, another option that could be considered is to apply the same plastic plaster proposed for the lower walls, this would simplify the aesthetics and would be considerably more economical.
-Polyurethane paint: For the roof, it is proposed to apply a polyurethane finish that maximizes thermal capabilities, lasts over time due to its plastic capabilities and would help to form an architectural image of greater impact.
