We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We tried to maintain the overall design of the building and proceed with its design only by changing the final materials of the facade.
Due to your interest in wood and the problems you stated regarding wood preservation, we removed the current wooden parts and replaced it with wood design ceramic, which has a high resistance while creating the visual appearance of wood.
We assumed the insulation of the wooden parts according to the lower part of the building (double wall).
We painted the stone of the lower part of the building with gray color (ral 4037).
We chose the covering of the parking area and the small area next to the entrance building from natural rubble/ceramic stone design.
We expanded the small balcony overlooking the study room and continued to the top of the entrance door.
On the south side of the first floor balcony, we added a place for flowers.
We added a terrace on the south side.
We also added a dining terrace in the western part of the house.
