We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We have proposed four designs for you.

Design number one is the closest design to your proposed design.

Plan number two, in this plan, we tried to maintain the current location of the rooms and by creating a corridor, separate the main part of the house from the B&B room.

Plan number three, in this plan we slightly changed the overall situation of the house to place the rooms in such a way that all the bathrooms have windows, we separated the B&B room from the main part of the house, we did the design in such a way that in the future By demolishing two of the current walls, the apartment will be converted into an apartment with three separate bedrooms. (According to the attached map)

Plan number four, in this plan we divided the apartment into two separate parts, the main part of the house and the B&B room.
We tried to remove unused spaces and extra corridors.
We chose the location of the B&B room in such a way that it is independent from the main part of the apartment and has a suitable size for comfortable use by guests.

We chose a combination of white, gray, cream and a combination of wood for the overall design of the house.
