Description

The customer's request was to transform two residential apartments into premises to be rented for receptive and high-level use.
The proposed design idea is to create four apartments with different destinations: on the ground floor for a clientele composed of families,
mind on the first floor reserved mainly for couples.
The apartments on the ground floor consist of an entrance on Via Vecchia Alimini, with a small furnished porch and with a sort of vertical garden.
The blinds are replaced by retractable sliding shutters.
Once you enter the apartment you find yourself going down some steps surrounded by LED light that create a contemporary atmosphere.
Here we find a living area and a sleeping area, the latter is characterized by the presence of a walk-in closet and a bathroom.
Specifically, the walk-in closet of apartment 1 is obtained in the hallway of the areas,
and the bathroom is inserted in the space outlined by the load-bearing masonry, in correspondence with the old sanitary system.
For apartment 2 the location of the services is arranged inversely with respect to the solution previously described.
The upper floor is accessed from the north side, on Via Alimini.
On this level, apartments 3 and 4 have been inserted.
The long corridor has made it possible to obtain two mirrored rooms in which the living, sleeping and service areas are distributed respectively.
In apartment 4 a fireplace has also been inserted in the wardrobe itself, as can be seen from the render and the furnishing table.
At the end of the corridor there is an area dedicated to the manager, intended for the warehouse / laundry, (complete with services)
and the other for the offices / reception (if desired it can be transformed into the caretaker's accommodation).
To better outline this area, it was decided to use a separate entrance, the one on Via Vecchia Alimini, a service entrance in short.
In the design, the facades were also studied, redeveloping the external image and giving it more character and contemporaneity.
In the courtyard on the north side there are the insertions of hedges and flower beds that go well with the new iron fence, replacing the previous wall.
This type of choice is dictated not only by the aim of obtaining greater privacy, but also by the aesthetic factor that follows the principle of contemporaneity,
also used for the choice of fixtures and doors of both entrances.
It was decided to present a further proposal that can meet the commercial needs of the customer.
On the ground floor two mirror apartments have been designed for spaces and styles, more oriented towards a clientele composed of families, with the addition of a kitchen / dining area.
The kitchen and walk-in closet rooms have been obtained using the corridor of the load-bearing walls.
On the first floor an apartment has been created with an exposed jacuzzi inside, where, however, there is no living area.
The choice to present two proposals is moved by the fact that we wanted to give more choice to the customer, to better direct him on the part of the final design.
In addition, in the dwg file there are also sections and prospectuses to better translate the project idea presented.
