The project is an attic apartment, the first line to start is the program dictated by the client. It is necessary for him to have:
A fitted kitchen with a snack area open to a dining room and a living room.
A living room with TV corner.
French windows overlooking the terrace.
A bathroom for guests and another for the master bedroom.
A corner of storage.
A room with a space dedicated to work.
A large dressing room.
The apartment is divided into two areas from the entrance, the day space and the night space. With this programming we have spaces with an optimized area and we avoid dark corridors.
We also have a large laundry room for storage and washing.
There are two terrace proposals:
1- All built up area if you can get the required documentation.
2- Only the part adjacent to the stay.
