Analyzing the customer's requests, it was decided to exploit the area surrounding the terrace as an open space living area but with well-defined spaces and the area to the right of the plan as sleeping area, creating a clean and contemporary design with warm and natural tones. The front wall at the entrance of the apartment has tilted to obtain a perspective cone which widens the space and invites us to enter that direction, capturing visual attention towards the large windows. This also allows us to recover space for the bedrooms and change the geometric aspect of the house through a game of inclination of the walls. Before entering the living area on the right there is a functional laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer and space to store clothes. Near to the technical space, which allows us to use the loading and unloading of water, there is also the large kitchen complete with a central island with cooktop and shelf with 3 chairs. The niche in the kitchen area has been exploited by inserting a desk with shelves for a study / work area. The living area is equipped with a large and comfortable sofa, a TV service unit and a relaxing armchair. This leads to the large terrace where a table for 8 people is inserted but can be replaced with sofas or chaise lounges depending on the needs. Before entering the night hallway a further filter area was created as an element of privacy in which there is a wardrobe. The sleeping area consists of a large master bedroom complete with walk-in closet, a guest bedroom and a large bathroom complete with double sink, comfortable shower and private wc area.
