We proposed two options to create an ideal apartment for the client's needs, each with its own advantages and disadvantages

Option 01. We proposed the design in accordance with the client's request, providing 3 bedrooms all with their own adjacent bathroom and walk-in closet that uses the existing water drain system in the apartment. The changes will create a more similar room size for the bedrooms, and each bedroom will have its own access to natural lighting. The bathroom for the guest is accessible from the living room, and the door access to the kitchen and living room is separated (each door still functions). If needed, both the dining room and the living room can be combined by opening the partition doors.

Option 02. We proposed the design with 2 private bathrooms and 2 walk-in closets. 1 bathroom and walk-in closet will be used for both the children of the client, while the other one is exclusively used for the parent. The proposal will have a bigger bedroom for each family member, but less room for the living room for the space of the study room.
