First of all, thank you for such an opportunity to work on your dream house.
I tried my best to present the apartment with the most valuable and presentable techniques.
As for the master plan, kindly read the concept beside the plan .
For the plumbing point of view, there is no way to make 3 ensuite bathrooms in the plan so I decided to make 2 ensuite bathrooms for master and girl bathroom and to combine the guest and boy bathroom in one.
This is the optimum solution for 2 private bathrooms and 1 shared by boy and guest.
As for your requirement for a storage / laundry room, I decided to make in the pathway from corridor to guest bathroom and make it closed in decor concept by tall closet drawers as in render and to opened when used.
For the living area, I tried to make it as fancy an modern as much as possible and by integrating a signature sofa and a L shaped sofa facing a tv unit and whisky closet with a 8 person dining table also fancy and modern.
For the kitchen I tried to cover up the area that is taken for the study room and girl bathroom by making an island in the middle with a high table of 4 persons. The high table will host the sink facing a refrigerator and the cook for a great kitchen triangle as shown in plan.
As per your requirement for a study room, I created a very comfort study rooms with sliding doors to the lobby connected as you asked to the living area.
All bathrooms have a shower the smallest one is 900x1000 and the biggest is 1600 x 1200, also have a WC, bidet , Marble sink.
Children Bedrooms have been designed according to their age for an applicable and relevant design with love.
As well as the master bedroom, It has the largest walk in closet for the best dressing experience.
I didn’t add dimension of the plan on the jpg edition but all needed dimensions can be found in the cad files exactly as modeled.
I tried to cover in my renders each and every corner of the apartment. Hope that I succeeded in that.
