Oggetto del presente contest è la ristrutturazione di un appartamento di circa 215 mq.
Nel predisporre il progetto di ristrutturazione si è tenuto conto delle esigenze del cliente
Con la ristrutturazione l'appartamento risulta così suddiviso :
entrando sulla sinistra troviamo un comodo soggiorno e la stanza adibita a studio/palestra , sulla destra una comoda cucina.
Dall'ingresso si accede alla zona notte dove troviamo tre camere da letto accessoriate da cabina armadio e bagno esclusivo oltre ad un bagno a servizio della zona giorno, una lavanderia ed un ripostiglio.

With the renovation the apartment is divided as follows:
entering on the left we find a comfortable living room and the room used as a study / gym, on the right a comfortable kitchen.
The entrance leads to the sleeping area where there are three bedrooms equipped with a walk-in closet and an exclusive bathroom as well as a bathroom serving the living area, a laundry room and a closet.
