new apartment 63 sqm with a terrace

Briefing

It is a 63 sqm apartment with a terrace approx. 30 sqm. Want to have modern functional design, nothing extravagant but more conservative. Don't like too much calling colours (red, yellow). I have added some refferences of a design I like, please see the pictures.

Bedroom 1: classical bedroom with a double bed, closet etc..

Bedroom 2: the smaller room, want to have there a small office for one person with a folding sofa bed

Living room with a kitchen: open plan, double sofa bed, one arm chair, kitchen table and 4-6 chairs (or 4 chairs and 2 barstools), kitchen should have a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, multiuse oven, cooker

Terrace - no special idea what to have there, will use it during summer days as a lunch and rest area, in the future I want to rebuild it into a wintergarden for the all-year use


Note:
- the floorplan includes some furnishing, I just had no plan without that, please forget the current furnishing there
- I have named each photo but the system doesn't allow to do it so please ask me if you will not understand which room show the photos
- I am little bit afraid of the kitchen/living room since it seems to be quite small space
- don't need to plan a bathroom, will use it as is
