A modern and bright unit
In this design, first of all, according to your request, I have enlarged the third room and designed a room with two beautiful windows.
I moved one of the bathrooms to make it a more public bathroom so that your guests can use it easily and not enter the private space of your bedrooms.
I think you need a good laundry to vacate the terrace. I also designed a laundry with storage space for you to use.
I put the kitchen in another part to open more space and be more modern. An open kitchen that has easy access to all spaces.
I used the warmth of wood paint for some walls to make the space colder and more beautiful.
I placed the dining table next to the balcony doors to use this unused space as well.
I also put a library with a sofa next to it.
It is better if you can change the place in the warehouse because more space will be added to the bedroom.
I have also included 3D images of the living room, kitchen, dining area, one of the bathrooms and the master bedroom in the documents.
