We are very happy to participate in your contest. In this plan, we tried to implement the items you want with the least movement in the place of the walls. We proposed two designs. In one design, we considered the public bath with the possibility of moving the drainage pipes, and in the second plan, we considered the bathroom close to the previous bathroom and kitchen so that there is no movement in the sewer drainage system.
We increased the size of the kitchen and placed a sliding door between the kitchen and the dining room. We dedicated the small room next to the entrance to the guest bedroom and put the main room and the children's room together. We planned a private bathroom for the master bedroom. In the first design, we placed the washing machine on the balcony next to the kitchen and considered a pantry next to the kitchen. In the second design, we envisioned a storage room and a laundry room and moved the washing machine there.
