The idea was to maintain most of the existing walls intact, except the ones that would greatly improve the functionality of the space. Structural changes were made on the wall between the living room and the dining room, where the sliding double door is created, and the walls were added to make a bathroom that would fit your needs (two bathrooms with a shower area accessible from both).
The style throughout the apartment is contemporary industrial, as you requested, but primarily warm and cozy.
