Dear client. Please find attached my designs. I made is as functionable to ensure that there is no wasted space, while also making it stylish. I went with a soft color palette because it's beachfront. The blush pink sofa can be replaced with a sofa of any color, the place will still look stunning. I used a pocket door for the bathroom so that there is enough space for a vanity and adding the vanity creates storage in the bathroom. I chose a sofa bed for the living room which sleeps two. I decided to use a bench/built-in-seating so that you can store things inside while also being able to convert the dining area into a bed by using a table with adjustable legs that allow it to be lowered to the level of the bench. By doing this, you can put a mattress on the table and bench making this a bed which means this apartment can now sleep more than two. I used quartz for the kitchen counter, backsplash, bathroom floor, shower walls and vanity countertop. I chose to create a feature-wall by the tv area out of shiplap because it is cost effective and adds to the beachy feel of the apartment. I hope you this meets your criteria.
