Description

The proposal that I designed is inspired by the request that the client made that he wanted a dividing panel with ropes. I fulfilled that objective, but giving this element other functions that would make it a protagonist within the space. This partition panel is made up of three smaller panels that can be slid from one side to the other, allowing it to change its appearance as the customer decides. Also this panel rotates 90 degrees and rests on the masonry cabinet. When this panel is supported on the wall, it works as if they were sliding doors. By allowing the panel to move, it opens the possibility for the customer to continue making their meals and inviting their friends, since two large tables can be accommodated in this space.
I designed another piece of furniture in front of the one that already exists to place the television, the music player, books, coat racks and others there.
The colors you select are those indicated by the customer.
I propose that the ropes of the panel be of various colors making a kind of gradient, this so that when the panels move they always offer a different image.
