Description

The flat is redesigned in a more modern way, trying to meet the customer’s needs. The main interventions concern the elimination of the closets and the small entrance to the kitchen (A), the movement of the kitchen's left wall to create a larger room for girls (B) and the rethinking of the distribution of the bathrooms (C).
The two entrances are maintained. The main one leads directly to the living area consisting of a large entrance space with hangers and wardrobes; a living area centered on the sofa that makes the space flexible and adaptable to the needs of the moment; a closable space, which can be used as a studio or as a dining room for guests.
The secondary entrance leads directly to the kitchen, separated from the living room through a large glass door that connects the two spaces visually, thus creating a single large room. The kitchen leads to the laundry room, consisting of a bathroom, a space for washing machine/dryer, a space for hanging and ironing, spaces for various wardrobes.
A large hallway with various wardrobes distributes to the rooms of the sleeping area:
- a large girls bedroom that results from the union of two rooms (which can be restored at any time by raising a central wall), where the customer’s furnishings are arranged and integrated with new furnishing;
- two large modern bathrooms with toilet, large washbasin with countertop, shower;
- a double bedroom, where the customer’s furnishings are placed (double bed, a wardrobe 250x60x260 and a wardrobe 120x60x260).
