the concept of this project starts from the need to create 3 different zones with the purpose to divide the daily activities.
Upon entering, an entrance area, characterized by a lowering of the ceiling of 30 cm, illuminated with spotlights, is meant to give the feeling of comfortable and functional space, in fact in front of the main door there is a closet full height.
On the right there is a large living room, lit by 2 windows. The location of the living area to the south allows for a natural light for more hours per day, two large wall units, one in front of the windows and on the left side of them, allows you to organize the space in a functional and attractive. This wall also has a fireplace. Immediately after the room is the large kitchen, divided from it by a wall and two large sheets of glass,in order to have a continuous light.
The sleeping area is located to the north, and is separated from the living area by a filter zone, which also acts as a sound barrier, where the bathroom is located , also used by the guests, and from the warehouse. The north wall houses there are 3 bedrooms, a master of 18.35 square meters, an average of 11.60 square meters, and a smaller one of 9.4 square meters, which can serve as a study.
The other bathroom is located down the corridor, and is divided from the laundry.
Characteristic of the entire house are the big cupboards full height and thickness of the wall, giving a sober and elegant home.
