Truly hope you're doing well. I want to thank you for giving us this opportunity to present our ideas for your wonderful house.
As you will see, I have specially tailored my design to suit all of your specifications and considerations. The primary focus of my proposed design is to give you more optimized spaces in your house, with a modern touch, focusing more on the functional use of the environments all around and all of this with minimum reconstructions. I am certain, this is the design you have been looking for.
We start with your entrance in conjunction with your newly designed exquisite-looking living room, along with an equally modern open kitchen. Every space in the house is designed to be well lit, with classic light oak wooden flooring and a theme of stylish light colors throughout.
Both the living room and the open kitchen plan uses the best of natural light coming through the big french doors. Along with its elegant minimalistic design in white marble, concrete finish & wooden touch, the kitchen is designed to be very functional with an open shelf system. It includes a must-have oven, microwave, and dishwasher. I have also added a custom-designed island table for you to enjoy your snacks!
Next comes the bedroom! Dear client, as you will find the bedroom is specifically crafted to give you a comfortable and soothing feel. Passing the walk-in closet, next to your king-size bed, you have a beautiful television unit and a breathtaking view over the whole city from your balcony. Also, I have mindfully placed your valuable pieces of furniture in the house, as to amplify the aesthetic feel of your space.
Coming to your other room, I had some brilliant inspirations to present to you a custom in-house workout space and workstation! A space, motivating you to keep the best of your good health and also functional enough for you to work on your day-to-day office tasks.
Last but not least, I present to you your newly designed bathroom. Fully functional with modern esthetics, shower, shaving lights, and towel warmers. Also, I have most appropriately used the additional space and converted it into a subtle laundry unit & overhead storage!
