Well, I made the design according to the materials available in Italy. In my design you can see some sugestion from the first floor like the laminated wooden floor, also you can see a pergola with a policarbonato roof in the same place where there was a roof in the first floor. I been trying to combine the elements for the new facade and I found that thoses elements can help a lot to improve the facade look. Also in my sugestion I recomento to use Alucobond and I found a Italian company that offer a good tiles for the building you can see the dark tile in this company: https://www.casalgrandepadana.it/it/soluzioni/engineering/.
