La facciata sarà tutta dipinta di grigio scuro e nei 4 angoli del palazzo a tutta l'altezza del palazzo ci saranno giochi di colore dal grigio chiaro al grigio chiuso saranno inoltre apportate modifiche ai volumi per creare un effetto 3D in facciata. Sui balconi verrà preservata la struttura portante metallica che sarà rivestita frontalmente con pannelli metallici tagliati a laser e sarà rivestita lateralmente con vetro (optional). La struttura esistente sarà dipinta di rosso. Porte e finestre saranno rivestite sul lato con marmo nero e lo spazio sopra le porte e sul lato delle finestre sarà rivestito con elementi in legno. L'illuminazione sarà la parte più importante della creazione dell'elemento di design che attirerà il posto di ogni persona che vede l'edificio. La striscia led sarà posizionata sotto ogni balcone per tutta la lunghezza del balcone. L'hotel sarà un edificio che sarà diverso da qualsiasi edificio che lo circonda sia di giorno che di notte.
