Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this exciting project. The main focus of the project is to transform the existing living area into an open-plan layout, complete with modern furniture and an open kitchen. In addition to this transformation, the entrance to the upper floors has also been remodeled to acquire more space for the living space.

The new floor layout will incorporate a master suite, complete with a bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom for general use. To improve the overall flow of the space, we will be shifting the entrance towards the right-hand side terrace by removing the existing store room. This will not only create more space, but also allow for a modern entrance lobby with a stunning natural stone wall, adding a touch of drama to the entire area.

In terms of colour palette, light colors such as white and grey, complemented by natural wood tones have been widely used in the interior space with some green plants. This will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the living area.
