La zona giorno sarà un open space con cucina a L dove la parte del bancone sarà realizzata con una superficie in legno naturale e sarà utilizzata per cucinare. Avrà anche il ruolo di tavolo da pranzo per consentirne l'utilizzo. di massimo spazio per lasciare spazio alla zona lounge da arredare con un comodo divano e 2 poltrone centrate su un tavolino. il verde avrà un ruolo importante nella decorazione del soggiorno con vasi in ogni angolo della stanza. La camera al piano inferiore avrà un letto matrimoniale, due armadi separati con 2 pieghe, un mobile TV e una scrivania per il trucco o il computer. I colori dell'arredamento saranno il bianco e il rovere per le tende e i copriletti. Il balcone sarà vicino alla porta della cucina, ci sarà un barbecue per cucinare all'esterno, ci sarà un tavolo da pranzo all'aperto e sulla porta della zona lounge ci sarà un'area lounge esterna. Al piano superiore sul lato della porta d'ingresso sarà posizionato un armadio con tutta la lunghezza del muro. Ci saranno 2 letti singoli e al centro un tavolo al centro. Nell'area esterna ci sarà un'area lounge e in futuro potrà essere collocata una vasca idromassaggio.
