The proposal for this holiday apartment has a simple distribution where all the spaces, unless the bathroom, are open and connected to let the light come in through.
The day areas (hall, kitchen and living room) are located near the entrance and the areas that require more privacy (bedroom and bathroom) are in the back.
The bedroom and the living room are separated by a one meter high wall.
Over this little wall we find 3 rolling shutters of wood slats that allow the guests wind them up or unwind them anytime they want depending on their needs.
This way, we can have a big open space or a little more privacy when needed.
These elements are light, easy to install and maintain and give the house a Mediterranean touch.
In the living room we find a dinning area and another area with day beds that can be used as sofas or as beds in case there are 4 guests.
A simple and warm aesthetic has been chosen to make the guest feel at home and to be the most practical for the owner.
